The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya VI / Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu VI

Trivia zu Folge 6 (chronologisch)Achtung Spoiler!!!

• Der normale Vor- bzw. Abspann werden in dieser Folge nicht gezeigt, dafür wird diesmal am Ende das OP Lied Bouken Desho Desho gespielt.
• In der Light Novel hat Haruhi nicht das komplette Bunnygirl-Kostüm an, sondern sie hat den Kragen, die Stulpen und die Strumpfhose weggelassen. In der Animeversion hat sie trotz der Hitze das komplette Kostüm an.
  
• In der Sequenz im „Enclosed Space“ läuft ab dem Erscheinen des Riesen die 8. Sinfonie von Gustav Mahler . Deren Text basiert auf dem Pfingsthymnus „Veni creator spiritus“ (lat. für „Komm, Schöpfer Geist“) und der Text passt recht gut zu den Geschehnissen rund um Haruhi Weltneuerschaffunggedanken.
• Die Aussage „Let’s leave the school“ könnte eine Anspielung auf eine andere Light Novel Serie des Haruhi Schöpfers Nagaru Tanigawa namens „Let’s leave the school“ sein.
  
  Kyon liest einen Band davon in der Folge „The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya III“, als er mit Yuki in der Bibliothek ist.
• Yuki’s komische Mausbewegungen aus der Folge „The Day Of Sagittarius“….
  
  …könnten davon kommen, das sie Kyon in dieser Folge beobachter hatte:
  
• Kyon’s Schwester summt, als sie sich die Schere von Kyon leiht, die Melodie von „Hare Hare Yukai“, dem Ending der Serie.
• Nachdem Kyon aus seinem „Traum“ erwacht ist, erwähnt er Dr. Freud. Damit ist natürlich Sigmund Freud gemeint. Dieser hat z.B. auch ein Werk namens „Die Traumdeutung“ verfasst.
  
• Kyon scheint immer noch „Hyperion“ zu lesen, was Yuki ihm in Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu II geliehen hat:
  
• Itsuki zitiert ein wenig aus der Bibel („Seid fruchtbar und vermehret euch“) und sein „Adam und Eva“-Vergleich wird sogar optisch unterstützt…
  
  …sehr ähnliche Einstellungen hab es auch schon in „The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya I“:
  
• Haruhi wirft Kyon zwar zuvor vor, dass er einen „Maid Moé“ (dass er Mädchen in Hausmädchenkleidung mag) hat…
  
  …im Traum beichtet er ihr allerdings, dass er einen „Ponytail Moé“ hat (dass er eine Schwäche für Mädchen mit Pferdeschwanz hat)…
  
  …worauf Haruhi dann am nächsten Tag Ihre Haare entsprechend anpasst…
  
  …und Kyon ihr sogar deswegen ein Kompliment macht:

• The normal opening and ending aren’t shown in this episode, but at the end the opening song Bouken Desho Desho is played.
• In the light novel Haruhi isn’t wearing the complete bunnygirl costume in this scene, but omitted the cuffs, the collar and the stockings. In the anime version she wears everything in spite of the heat.
  
• In the squence in the „Enclosed Space“ Symphony No. 8 by Gustav Mahler starts playing when the giants appear.Its text is based on the hymn „Veni Creator Spiritus“ (latin for „Come, creator spirit) “ and it fits very good with the events and Haruhi’s thoughts about creating a new world.
• The sentence „Let’s leave the schhol“ might be another reference on the other light novel series by haruhi creator Nagaru Tanigawa named „Let’s leave the school“.
  
  Kyon reads one of its volumes in the episode „The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya III“ when he’s in library with Yuki.
• Yuki’s strange mouse movements from the episode „The Day Of Sagittarius“…
  
  …perhaps were copied from Kyon’s battle with Mikuru:
  
• Kyon’s sister is humming the melody of „Hare Hare Yukai“, the ending song of the series.
• Kyon still reads „Hyperion“, the book Yuki lent him in „Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu II“:
  
• Itsuki quotes a bit from the bible („Be fruitful and increase in number“) and his „Adam and Eve“ reference is also supported by images…

• After Kyon’s awakes from the „dream“, he mentions Dr. Freud. He means Sigmund Freud of course. The neurologist wrote for example a book called „The Interpretation of Dreams“.
  
• Haruhi accuses Kyon of a maid moé (that he likes girls in maid clothes)….
  
  ..but in the dream he confesses that he has a „Ponytail Moé“…
